This special is a starter pack designed for (but not exclusively for) start-up businesses.

We have tried as many tricks as possible to reduce the price, and to include a bit of everything a new business would need.

Our main saving is to print different jobs together in the same print run. But we also make savings on methods and materials.


As the business grows, we can help with higher quality and developing various refinements.

The saving is around half the usual price of the jobs if they are ordered and printed individually.

After developing the starter pack, we discovered that start-up business wanted to save even more. So we also now have a mini-starter pack.

All printing is black on white, standard paper.

Invoices, Receipts and Purchase Orders (or their substitutes) are all in books of 100 duplicate, normal white paper (that requires carbon paper) with 2nd copy plain.

All forms are from standard, ready-made artwork, with only the text of the customer details customised (company name, address, phone etc.). No logo or graphics, and no additional text that takes up more space than allowed on the unaltered artwork.

The heading will be the same on all forms.


Substitutions at no extra charge

Substitutes forms can be selected from the sample forms (available to view on request). This package does not include custom made forms or other sizes.

The forms selected should fill an A3, two books for each will be printed for the standard pack, or one of each for the mini pack.

The A6 Compliment slips can be replaced with size 210x99, but the Message pads will no longer be available.

The Message pads and Memo/Fax sheets can be substituted from samples (available to view on request).


Alternative typefaces can be used (no more than three different ones).

Invoices, Receipts and Purchase Orders (or their substitutes) can be produced in books of 50 in triplicate (all books).

Substitutes with additional charges

To substitute the stamp (standard pack) the cost will be adjusted based on the difference of the stamp prices.

To add a logo (either supplied to scan or unaltered clip-art) add E75. As a supplied file in black and white (not greyscale) add E40. Any designing, redrawing, conversion to b+w or alterations are charged at E240 per hour.

For printing in standard blue or red instead of black on Letterheads and Business cards add E70.00; on all jobs, add E110.00.


For other colours, use the standard printing prices.

For printing on other paper, additional costs will be taken from the normal price list.

Alterations to standard artwork, clipart or original instructions are charged at E240 per hour.

No other substitutes are available on this special, and no further discounts are available even if not all items are required.
